「ダージリン」とはインドのダージリン地方で採れる茶葉の総称です。

ダージリンは、爽快感のあるフルーティーな香りが特徴です。「紅茶のシャンパン」とも称され、マスカットのような爽やかな香りを味わうことができます。
ダージリンの茶園は標高600ｍ〜2,500ｍの斜面に点在していて、標高が高いことから朝晩で寒暖差があり、一日に何回も霧が発生します。
このようなダージリン地区特有の環境が、世界屈指の香りや味わいを生み出しているのです。

"Darjeeling" is the general term for tea leaves grown in the Darjeeling region of India.

Darjeeling tea is known for its refreshing, fruity aroma. Sometimes referred to as the "champagne of teas," it has a refreshing aroma similar to that of Muscat grapes.

Darjeeling's tea plantations are scattered across slopes at altitudes ranging from 600m to 2,500m. Due to the high altitude, there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and fog forms several times a day.

It is this unique environment in the Darjeeling region that produces its world-class aroma and flavor.
