Ingredients: glutinous rice (domestic rice), non-glutinous rice (domestic rice), vegetable oil, soy sauce (contains soybeans and wheat), sugar, kelp stock/seasonings (amino acids, etc.)

宗吾霊堂の近くに位置する、成田市宗吾にある創業70余年のお煎餅屋さん「山形屋」。
「山形屋」のお煎餅は、昔ながらの製法にこだわり、ひとつひとつ手間ひまをかけて作られています。
そして原料となる、うるち米、もち米はすべて国産。契約している農家さんの千葉県産のお米を使用しています。 -
Yamagataya is a rice cracker shop that was founded over 70 years ago in Sogo, Narita City, located near the Sogo Memorial Hall.
Yamagataya's rice crackers are made using traditional methods, with great care and effort put into each one.
All of the ingredients, non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice are domestically produced. They use rice from contracted farmers in Chiba Prefecture.
