伊勢乃國（三重県）産の濃い黒烏龍茶です。
６月〜７月にかけて摘み採り、強発酵させた茶葉を使用しています。
発酵させることで、深みを増し、和菓子から洋菓子まで、また、油が多めのお料理にと幅広く楽しめる味わいに仕上げた烏龍茶です。
This is a strong black oolong tea produced in Isenokuni (Mie-ken).
We use tea leaves that are picked from June to July and strongly fermented.
The fermentation process adds depth to the flavor, making this oolong tea suitable for a wide range of uses, from Japanese sweets to Western sweets, and even for dishes with a lot of oil.
