ピリ辛いわし　銚子名産 Choshi specialty " Spicy sardines"

国産のいわしを使った人気商品です。
国産のいわしを使用した佃煮「ピリ辛いわし」新鮮ないわしを甘辛なタレでピリ辛に仕上げました。
「焼く・煮る・浸す」工程を3日間かけて丁寧におこなっているので、
骨までやわらかく、魚の匂いも 気になりません。

"Spicy sardines"is a tsukudani made with domestically produced sardines.
Fresh sardines are seasoned with a sweet and spicy sauce.
The sardines are carefully grilled, boiled, and soaked over a period of three days,
so even the bones are soft and there's no noticeable fishy smell.
