深蒸し茶は健康にも良いお茶です。
茶葉には、カテキンやカフェイン、アミノ酸、ビタミン、ミネラル、食物繊維などの栄養成分が含まれていますが、
食物繊維や一部ミネラル、ビタミンなどはお湯に溶けずに茶葉の中に残ってしまいます。
しかし、深蒸し茶は、茶葉が細かくて茶漉しを通過してしまうものもあるため、茶葉の栄養がそのままがとれるお茶なのです。
