向笠農園さんの茶畑は、コーヒー堆肥や稲わらなどの有機物を畑に撒くことで、
お茶本来の持つ甘さや香りをより一層引き立てられる事が出来るよう、工夫をして茶葉を育てております。
Everyone at Mukaigasa Farm in Makinohara, Shizuoka.
Mukasa Farm grows tea leaves in a creative way, spreading organic matter such as coffee compost and
rice straw on the fields to further bring out the natural sweetness and aroma of the tea.
