材料(作りやすい分量)
白菜…2~3枚
塩吹昆布…5g
白ごま…適量
塩…適量
作り方
１．白菜は2cm幅に切り、塩もみして水気を切っておく。
２．ボウルに白菜と塩吹昆布と白ごまを入れ和える。
※和えるだけでボリュームのある副菜に！
