立山連峰の雪解け水が流れ込み、栄養豊かで「天然のいけす」の異名を持つ富山湾。そこで獲れる白エビは透明感のある淡いピンク色で、キラキラと輝く姿にちなんで「富山湾の宝石」と呼ばれています。
ほんのりとした甘みと上品な香りの白えびを乾燥させ、パウダー状にして煎餅の生地に練り込んでいます。
しろえびせんべいは2枚入り個包装
パリッとした食感と風味を少しでも長く楽しんでいただくため、アルミ袋に2枚ずつ個包装にしています。
Made with white shrimp, the jewel of Toyama Bay
Toyama Bay is known as a "natural fish pond" because of the nutritious white shrimp that flow into it from the melting snow of the Tateyama mountain range. The white shrimp caught there are a transparent pale pink color, and are called the "jewel of Toyama Bay" because of their sparkling appearance.
White shrimp, which have a slight sweetness and elegant aroma, are dried, powdered, and kneaded into the rice cracker dough.
White shrimp crackers are individually wrapped in packs of two
To allow you to enjoy the crispy texture and flavor for as long as possible, they are individually wrapped in aluminum bags, two at a time.

せんべいの生地は富山県産「うるち米」100%
せんべいの原料・うるち米は富山米100%で、県内の契約農家から仕入れた富山県ブランド米「てんたかく」だけを使います。コシヒカリより粒が大きくて粘り過ぎず、さっぱりした食感なのでせんべいの生地にピッタリです。
The rice cracker dough is made from 100% Toyama-grown "non-glutinous rice". The rice cracker ingredients are made from 100% Toyama rice, and only "Tentakaku", a Toyama Prefecture brand rice purchased from contracted farmers within the prefecture, is used. The grains are larger than Koshihikari and are not too sticky, with a refreshing texture that makes it perfect for the rice cracker dough. -
