凍頂烏龍茶(煮出し)100ｇ Dongding Oolong Tea (Boiled) 100g

台湾中部・凍頂山一帯で採取される烏龍茶です。
花のような香りが特徴で、有機肥料で育て、自然環境に優しい栽培方法で生産されています。近年の中国茶ブームの中心的存在です。

蘭のような清らかな花の香りと まろやかな味わいのバランスが良く、 凍頂烏龍茶は台湾のナショナル ブランドともいえるお茶です。
海抜700〜1,000ｍの南投県の 鹿谷郷で栽培され、手摘みで何度も 揉んで作られた深緑色の茶葉は、 固く丸くよじれた球状になっているのが特徴です。
水色（すいしょく）は、金黄色で輝きがあります。 日本では、花粉の時期のつらい鼻水・目のかゆみなどの症状の緩和に期待がもてると注目され、日本の緑茶にも似たさわやかな風味が 人気です。
みずみずしくまろやかな甘みがあり、クセのないさっぱりとした飲み口は、脂っこい料理だけでなく どんな料理にも合います。
また、お茶菓子との相性も大変良く、高級烏龍茶特有の長い余韻がお楽しみいただけます。
