富山湾の宝石「白えび」を使用
立山連峰の雪解け水が流れ込み、栄養豊かで「天然のいけす」の異名を持つ富山湾。
そこで獲れる白エビは透明感のある淡いピンク色で、キラキラと輝く姿にちなんで「富山湾の宝石」と呼ばれています。
ほんのりとした甘みと上品な香りの白えびを乾燥させ、パウダー状にして煎餅の生地に練り込んでいます。
せんべいの生地は富山県産「うるち米」100%
せんべいの原料・うるち米は富山米100%で、県内の契約農家から仕入れた富山県ブランド米「てんたかく」だけを使います。
コシヒカリより粒が大きくて粘り過ぎず、さっぱりした食感なのでせんべいの生地にピッタリです。
しろえびせんべいは2枚入り個包装
パリッとした食感と風味を少しでも長く楽しんでいただくため、アルミ袋に2枚ずつ個包装にしています。
「しろえび紀行」はご自宅のおやつ・おつまみ、お中元・お歳暮のギフトなどで人気です。

Fed by meltwater from the Tateyama mountain range, Toyama Bay is rich in nutrients and is nicknamed the "natural fish pond."
The white shrimp caught there are a translucent pale pink, and their sparkling appearance has earned them the nickname "Jewel of Toyama Bay."
White shrimp, with their subtle sweetness and elegant aroma, are dried, ground into powder, and kneaded into the rice cracker dough.
The rice cracker dough is made from 100% Toyama Prefecture-grown "non-glutinous rice."
The rice cracker is made from 100% Toyama rice, using only the Toyama Prefecture brand rice "Tentakaku," sourced from contracted farmers within the prefecture.
With larger grains than koshihikari, it's not too sticky and has a refreshing texture, making it the perfect rice cracker dough.
White shrimp crackers come individually wrapped in packs of two. To ensure you can enjoy their crispy texture and flavor for as long as possible, they're individually wrapped in aluminum bags, two per pack.

私たちはお米を洗うとき、一晩水に漬けて水分を含ませるときにも栄養たっぷりできれいな地下水を使っています。

When snow melts on the Tateyama mountain range and other peaks, it flows underground and becomes groundwater.
We use this clean, nutrient-rich groundwater when washing rice and soaking it overnight to hydrate it.
Ingredients: Non-glutinous rice (produced in Toyama Prefecture), vegetable oil, shrimp, sugar, salt, flavor oil, white shrimp powder (produced in Toyama Prefecture), seafood extract powder (contains wheat, mackerel, and soybeans), protein hydrolysate, oligosaccharides / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), emulsifier, antioxidant (vitamin E, tea extract), flavoring, coloring (caramel)
