きれいな水色、コクのある味わい、渋味も少なく、濃厚な風味、上品な香り、ほのかな甘みのあるお茶です。
深蒸し茶の風味をお愉しみ下さい。
「深蒸し煎茶」は淹れた時の色は濃い色をしておりますが、渋味が少なく、濃厚な風味が特徴です。
お茶を味わうと共に、体に良い「健康成分」も多く溶けだしております。
湯吞の底の細かい茶葉まで味わって下さい。

知覧の歴史・環境
明治五年 知覧・後岳。
先人たちが山野を開墾し本格的な茶栽培が始まりました。
知覧は温暖で日照条件に恵まれ、桜島の火山灰により肥沃な土壌が形成され、山間部のため空気と水が綺麗な環境のため、茶の栽培に適した土地です。後岳が位置する知覧北部の山間では、昼夜の寒暖差を生かした上級茶生産が行われています。
History and environment of Chiran
1872, Chiran, Ushirodake.
Our ancestors reclaimed the land and began full-scale tea cultivation.
Chiran is blessed with warm and sunny conditions, fertile soil formed by the volcanic ash of Sakurajima, and a mountainous environment with clean air and water, making it an ideal place for tea cultivation. In the mountains in northern Chiran, where Ushirodake is located, high-quality tea is produced by taking advantage of the temperature difference between day and night.
